Last year's picnic was such a huge success - over 100 people and 70 dogs joined
the festivities AND we raised $1625 towards Mastiff Rescue and Health!!
Everyone left pleasantly exhausted with smiles on their faces. This year we're
hoping to top last year's event, in both attendees and donations!
Please join the fun with us on Sunday, September 30th
for an afternoon of fun with the big boys/girls - an event you won't regret
coming to! Dog friendly dogs are able to run off leash to romp in the fall
foliage and lake with other dogs. Or if you and your pooch want to just
chill and relax, eat and talk mastiff with others as crazy as you, you can do
that too!
The facility will be closed to the public so the entire park is all ours to
use! We do ask that your pooches be dog-friendly and healthy.
If your dog is aggressive, you could be asked to leave - we don't want that. A healthy
dog
is just as important as a friendly dog - we don't want any dogs' health risked
at the picnic! There will be plenty of puppies and elderly dogs there, so
please leave your sick dogs at home.
We also ask that you please pick up after your dog - be respectful to the

We want to not only make this experience a memorable and enjoyable one
for everyone, but we also want to make sure we are able to come back next year
by being considerate to the park facilities! Everyone needs to be on their best
behavior!
This year, we would again like to ask for a monetary donation, $5.00 per adult - kids are FREE to help cover costs for the park rental. Any money
not used, will be donated to Mastiff Rescue and Mastiff Health. We will also be
putting together prizes to be raffled off on site, photos with your mastiff and
more. Donations for raffle prizes are well appreciated! If you have anything
you would like to donate, please feel free to email or call us and we can add
it to the raffle list.
We will provide a main dish (either sandwiches or equivalent) along with drinks.
Please bring a side dish or dessert that will feed an average
family to share with the group. There are no alcoholic beverages allowed at the
facility.
